Redmi 6 - Launch Date, Price, Specifications

Xiaomi will launch REDMI 6 smartphone in the Indian market on 5th September which will be an under 10k smartphone. Let's have a look at the specifications of the Redmi 6 smartphone. Redmi 6 will be available in 2 variant 3GB+32GB and 3GB+64GB.
Redmi 6 will comes with a 5.45”(720x1440 pixels) full-screen HD+ IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio. We will see a MediaTek Helio P22 processor with this smartphone. MediaTek Helio P22 is a 12nm Finfet 64 bit Octa-core ARM cortex A53 which are clocked at 2.0Ghz with LPDDR3 or LPDDR4x memory controller and GPU- PowerVR GE8320.
In Xiaomi Redmi 6 we will get 12+5 mp dual rear camera with AI support and the primary lens with comes with 1.25um large pixels and 1.12um 5 mp in front with a f/2.2 aperture which supports Beauty mode, Portrait mode, HDR mode and age detection and AI face unlock. In rear, you can record up to 1080p video with 1920x720p with 30fps and you can also record slow-motion video in 480p with 120fps. It will come to a 3000mAH battery and in terms of Sensors,

Xiaomi will provide Fingerprint sensor, proximity sensor, Ambient sensor, accelerometer, compass and Vibration motor with Redmi 6. Gyroscope sensor will be missing in this device. In terms of Connectivity It does support dual nano sim cards and a MicroSD card expandable up to 256 GB and both sim cards can use 4G and volte HD calling supports on primary sim card slot and it supports Bluetooth 4.2. it will be available in 4 colours – Dark grey, Black, Blue and Gold.
