Airtel Q1 PBT Doubles, Revenue Up 28.5%

Airtel posted 98.6% YoY PBT growth in Q1 FY26, led by strong India, Africa performance and robust customer additions.

  • India revenue rose 29% YoY to Rs 37,585 crore, with ARPU improving to Rs 250 and mobile revenue up 21.6%.
  • Home business saw 25.7% YoY growth, adding 939K Wifi users; IPTV gained traction with 0.65 million new users.
  • EBITDA jumped 41.2% YoY to Rs 28,167 crore; Net Debt to EBITDA ratio improved to 1.70 times as on June 2025.
