Ashok Leyland Bags Rs 184 Cr Bus Order, Raises Switch Mobility Stake

Ashok Leyland secured a Rs 183.80 crore order for bus deliveries from June to December 2025. Its UK subsidiary is Optare Plc. Increased its stake in Switch Mobility Limited to 99.57% by acquiring Dana Ltd’s 1.01% share, consolidating full ownership with Hinduja Automotive.
