HDFC MF increased its stake in Awfis, while VBAP Holdings significantly reduced its shareholding recently.

  • HDFC MF bought 5 lakh shares at Rs 580.01, investing roughly Rs 29 crore in Awfis space solutions today.
  • VBAP Holdings sold 8 lakh shares, representing 1.12% equity, reducing its stake in Awfis by August.
  • As of August 2025, HDFC holds 7.33% and VBAP holds 5.92% in Awfis' overall share distribution.
