BLS International Q1 Profit Jumps 49%

BLS International’s Q1 FY26 profit surged on strong core growth and consolidation of iDATA, CitizenshipInvest, and Aadifidelis.

  • EBITDA rose 53.4% YoY to Rs 204.2 crore; margin improved 171 bps to 28.7% in Q1 FY26.
  • Visa segment net revenue jumped 59.5% YoY, driven by a shift to self-managed centers and iDATA consolidation.
  • Digital revenue surged 218.2% YoY to Rs 249.9 crore, aided by Aadifidelis consolidation from November 2024.
