CDSL reported 2% profit growth, 15% sales rise in Q2 FY26; demat accounts crossed the 15.86 crore milestone.

  • Q2 FY26 PBT rose 18.85% QoQ but fell 13.43% YoY to Rs 151.18 crore.
  • CDSL added 56 lakh new demat accounts in Q1 FY26, reaching over 15.86 crore total accounts.
  • It serves investors, issuers, DPs, RTAs, and exchanges, remaining Asia’s only listed depository platform.
