Centrum Capital: Warrant Issuance to Promoter Group

Centrum Capital will issue 7.01 crore convertible warrants to JBCG Advisory Services for ~Rs 200 crore, a 15.5% discount to the market price. These warrants convert to equity within 18 months. JBCG held a 6.16% stake as of March 2025.
