  • 15,23,23,587 fully paid-up bonus shares of ₹5 each were distributed to shareholders as of 04 July 2025.
  • Equity share capital rose to ₹380.81 crore from ₹304.65 crore post allotment.
  • Record date 04 July 2025 determined eligibility for bonus shares.
