Container throughput in Q1 FY26 shows mixed results: total down 4.26%, domestic up 9.12%, EXIM up 12.01%.

  • Total throughput declined 4.26% to 12,90,101 TEUs in Q1 FY26 from 13,47,495 TEUs in Q4 FY25.
  • Domestic throughput rose 9.12% to 3,16,226 TEUs in Q1 FY26 from 2,48,226 TEUs a year ago.
  • EXIM throughput increased 12.01% to 9,73,875 TEUs in Q1 FY26, driven by higher trade activity.
