HDFC Bank to Adjust ADS Post Bonus Issue

HDFC Bank will maintain the ADS-to-share ratio at 1:3 and issue bonus ADS in a 1:1 ratio.

  • Bonus ADS issuance subject to member approval via Postal Ballot before being executed by JP Morgan Chase, the depositary.
  • Existing ADS holders will receive one additional ADS for every ADS held, reflecting the bonus equity share issue.
