India & Kyrgyzstan Strengthen Investment Ties

India and Kyrgyzstan formalized their investment relationship by exchanging ratification instruments for a Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT). This updated treaty signed in 2019, replaces a 2000 agreement and comes into effect on June 5th, 2025 ensuring continued investment protection.
