Indus Towers Q2 FY26 Performance

Indus Towers reported lower EBITDA and profit, despite tower growth, cost efficiency, and strategic Africa expansion plans for future growth.

  • EBITDA fell 6% YoY to Rs 4,613 crore, while profit before tax declined 16.8% to Rs 2,478 crore.
  • Operating free cash flow dropped sharply to Rs 1,039 crore from Rs 2,545 crore last year.
  • Total towers rose to 256,074 units with a 1.62 sharing factor; the company eyes Africa entry for long-term growth.
