July 2025 EPFO Payroll Highlights

In July 2025, EPFO added 9.79 lakh subscribers, net 21.04 lakh payroll growth across India overall.

  • Youth (18‑25) contributed 61% new subscriptions, adding 5.98 lakh members in July for net payroll.
  • 16.43 lakh former members rejoined, increasing 12.12% YoY, reflecting job switches and transfers to secure.
  • Female additions rose modestly, 2.80 lakh new, while Maharashtra led with 20.47% payroll share.
