Kharif Crop MSP Hike for 2025-26

The CCEA approved increased Minimum Support Prices (MSPs) for 14 Kharif crops for the 2025- 26 season, aiming for remunerative prices and margins over the cost of production, particularly for bajra, maize, tur, and urad. Paddy, jowar, maize, pulses, and oilseeds saw price increases.

  • Paddy MSP increased by Rs 69-79/quintal.
  • Tur & Urad MSP rose by Rs 450 & 400.
  • Bajra expected the highest margin (63%).
