Lemon Tree Hotels posts record Q1 revenue, strong profit growth, improved margins, higher occupancy, lower debt, and expanded hotel portfolio.

  • Profit before tax surged 115.2%, EBITDA rose 23%, ARR up 9.67%, and occupancy improved 5.91 percentage points year-on-year.
  • Revenue reached Rs 317.4 crore, net EBITDA margin rose 178 bps, debt reduced by Rs 206 crore, and borrowing cost declined.
  • Added 1,273 pipeline rooms, operationalized 392 rooms, appointed new leaders, and approved subsidiary stake sale to Fleur Hotels.
