Tech Mahindra's Q2 FY26 results show revenue growth, margin expansion, the launch of its AI platform, and a dividend declaration today.

  • Revenue hit $1,586 million, up 1.4% QoQ; EBITDA rose 12.04% QoQ to Rs 2,168 crore in the quarter.
  • EBIT reached $192 million, margin 12.1%, up 108 bps QoQ; IT headcount fell 1,459 this quarter overall.
  • Profit before tax rose 2.55% to Rs 1,659.30 crore; dividend declared Rs 15; TCV up 57% YoY again.
