Meta AI Training: Court Rejects German Injunction

A German court rejected a bid to block Meta from using Facebook and Instagram posts to train its AI. Verbraucherzentrale NRW sought the injunction, but the court disagreed, noting Meta will offer EU users an opt-out option for AI training.
