P&G Hygiene Q1 PAT Jumps 137%

Procter & Gamble Hygiene’s Q1 PAT surged 136.94% YoY to Rs 192.06 crore, driven by margin expansion and cost reduction.

  • Operating profit soared 124.92% YoY to Rs 266.17 crore as margins improved to 28.41% from 12.70%.
  • Cost efficiencies achieved: raw material, employee, and admin expenses fell significantly YoY across operations.
  • PBT rose 135.75% to Rs 264.70 crore despite a minor rise in tax rate and a modest 0.57% sales growth.
