PNB Reports Record ₹7,081 Cr Q1 Profit

PNB posted its highest-ever operating profit in Q1 FY26, supported by solid business growth and improved asset quality.

  • Global business rose 11.6% YoY to ₹27.19 lakh crore, led by strong deposit and credit expansion.
  • GNPA and NNPA ratios improved significantly YoY, reflecting better asset quality and credit discipline.
  • PBT increased 28.3% YoY to ₹6,758 crore, while NII edged up 1% to ₹10,578 crore in Q1 FY26.
