Premier Energies reported a 20.27% revenue rise to Rs 1,836.87 crore and 69.78% profit growth in Q2 FY26.

  • EBITDA rose 47.39% YoY to Rs 560.87 crore with margins improving to 30.53%, showcasing strong operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Total expenses increased 13.73% YoY, mainly driven by higher material and employee costs, while finance costs declined 22.82%.
  • The company approved the Rs 502 crore expansion of its 7 GW Solar PV Topcon Cell plant at Naidupeta, funded via internal accruals.
