Vedanta Raises ₹5,000 Crore via Debentures

Vedanta has approved the issuance of ₹5,000 crore in unsecured redeemable debentures through a private placement. The issuance is split into three series, Series 1, 2, and 3 with varying amounts.

  • ₹2,400 crore Series 1 Debentures issued.
  • ₹1,750 crore Series 2 Debentures allotted.
  • ₹850 crore Series 3 Debentures approved.
