Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services is acquiring Greenedge Enterprises, a golf travel and rewards solution provider with Rs 19.82 crore FY24 turnover. This boosts Zaggle's loyalty, rewards, and travel offerings within its Propel platform. Completion is expected in 90 days.
